By registering as an expert advisor with Advisory Network ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete the registration process.

2. Expert Services

As an expert advisor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during consultations
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions
• Respond to consultation requests in a timely manner
• Honor the consultation rates you have specified
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Compensation

You will be compensated according to the rates specified during registration. Payment will be processed within 30 days of completed consultations. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment for consultations that do not meet our quality standards or violate these terms.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, consultation content, and proprietary information of the Company. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after termination of your relationship with us.

5. Compliance and Ethics

You must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Securities laws and regulations
• Insider trading prohibitions
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Professional licensing requirements

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, insights, and content you provide during consultations may be used by the Company and its clients. You retain ownership of your personal expertise and knowledge, but grant the Company a license to use consultation content for its business purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this relationship at any time with written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access for violations of these terms, ethical breaches, or poor performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our expert network. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the compensation paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
