Bridgetown Research's Terms & Conditions prohibit Advisors from taking part in any consultation that:

• involves a conflict of interest
• would cause the Advisor to violate any duty or obligation owed to another party, including their employer
• would result in a breach of any agreement or code of conduct applicable to the Advisor
• would cause the Advisor to violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• requires disclosure of information the Advisor is required to keep confidential, including proprietary information
• involves sharing material, non-public information
• includes discussion of the Advisor's current employer, under any circumstances
